We have finished kidding and most of our kids our now weaned. There is a lovely little herd of young ones in the paddock next to the cheesery.

Introducing - Capriole
Our newest cheese is now available. It is a mild and creamy hand ladelled lactic cheese with a fine dense texture and a soft white rind. A new favorite in our household!

Courses run from 10-4 and are $150. They incl. everything you need to make your cheese (hoops, cultures, milk), lunch and a milking tour. Some of the styles include fresh, Camembert style, & Feta.

We have three new platters ranging from a small Nanny Plate to the Billy Goat which has five of our cheeses and bread. The Kids Platter (for the little cheese lover) has changed, but is still available.
